The insurance program will be changing this year. The company we've been using for a long time is no longer providing coverage. Sadler Sports and Recreation Insurance is available with an online application process.

Minimum Insurance Requirements per team (18 players maximum IAW Sadler Sports and Recreation Insurance) :

1. General Liability: $2,000,000 per Occurrence
2. $100,000 Accident Medical | $5,000 AD&D 
3. At least a $250 deductible
4. Excess Liability Coverage Increase General Liability per Occurrence available: $3,000,000 each occurrence for a total of $5,000,000

Approximate cost: $135 to $200

Please note per the original enrollment form, all premiums are fully earned and non-cancelable at inception.
